You retain full custody of your funds at all times; Enrivea never holds, controls, or has withdrawal access to your exchange account.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any strategy before activating it on your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrivea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including trading losses.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
